DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All our products are shipped from Monday to Friday using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We provide free delivery on all orders over $100, which generally takes 1-6 business days to reach you, depending on your location. For orders not eligible for free delivery, shipping fees are determined based on the shipping carrier, shipping method, package weight, and destination. Be aware that additional charges may apply to shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. We usually ship your orders the same day, but if there are any delays or cancellations, we will promptly inform you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Vodanet Systems LLC is delighted to offer international shipping to customers worldwide. We recognize the significance of delivering your IT hardware products promptly and efficiently, regardless of your location. However, we adhere to all international trade laws and restrictions, and consequently, we do not ship to countries currently under a United States embargo.

The estimated transit time for international shipments typically ranges from 7-15 business days, depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Please be aware that customs clearance processes may cause delays, which are beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed on their orders by their country’s customs authorities. Shipping Restrictions and Embargoed Countries

ORDER PROCESSING

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders received by 4 PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders received after 4 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. If any issues arise with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

To prevent shipping-related problems, please ensure that you provide a precise and complete shipping address during checkout. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you need to modify your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately.
